Welcome to Falcon's Lea Patio Association web site. Falcon's Lea Patio Homes is a community of 157 homes located in southwest Broward County within a development called Ivanhoe. The community is within the municipal limits of the Town of Davie.

This website is designed to assist new home owners in learning about our neigborhood, to provide information of interest to all residents, and as a "suggestion box" to the board.
